Peter and Sammie were out back playing this morning and I busted them playing in the hose!

And yes, Samantha is still in her nightgown...some things are only experienced with daddys. It was, however, the most she she's ever had. At least in her nightgown!!

Mmmm...city hose water. Tastes good.

I love my friends

Today we had playgroup as we do every Tuesday. Of course there was a tea party.
The girls played so well together and were so sweet. It's fun now that they understand what "friends" are. And nothing is more entertaining than listening in on a 2 year old's conversation.

Rain rain don't go away...

Yesterday we had a HUGE storm...Samantha had a fun time running around in the backyard playing in the rain. For those of you that don't believe that it ever rains here....here's the proof!!

11th Fact

So on the last post we listed 10 interesting facts, but there is one more fact that I need to add....

Samantha LOVES Cinderella. You can't tell in this picture very well, but that's a "Lella" (as she calls her) nightgown and her beloved "Lella" from Mary:)

If Cinderella had a fan club I think Samantha would be the president!

Here is a picture of her on her very first day of life and one from this morning!

10 facts about Samantha Joanne South.......

1. In our eyes she is perfect in every way. We love her unconditionally and always will...

2. She was born into the world with a BFF...sometimes they don't see eye to eye but deep down I think they love each other!

3. Samantha LOVES to drink bathwater. This has been a long standing love affair and totally grosses us out but what can you do? Still to this day she throws back a few while bathing-ew!

4. Our kid knows how to realx!!! She used to kick her feet up in her stroller like this-cracked us up!

5. She is not always little miss sunshine! We call this picture "sweet and sour". It couldn't be more perfect that she was wearing this shirt while having a total meltdown.

6. She is a rock collector. Everywhere we go she has to get a rock...the mountains, the church parking lot, the front yard, our neighborhood, anywhere that has rocks!!! We're going to need to get her a special "rock box" for all of her findings.













7. Samantha LOVES bubbles. What's not to love?

8. Samantha loves anything "daddy"...his clothes, his time, pictures of him. Anything really. She truely is a daddy's girl!



9. She is a mess maker...and anyone who knows her mommy knows that this could be a problem for her. Except that her messes are always cute and/or hilarious! Lucky duck!



10. She is a ham. This has not always been so. She was a very serious baby and rarely smiled. We were a little worried but alas, she has found her inner ham and we love it!
