A Big Day

Today Cole decided that he was ready to go for it and walked across the living room! I just about freaked out. So exciting. Here we go....let the fun begin! I can't wait for the weather to cool down so we can go the parks and run. Good job Cole!!!

My little dishwasher

I don't know what it is about the dishwasher that is so fun but Cole could play with it all morning. He hears me open it from the other room and makes a mad dash for the kitchen. It's funny. Maybe he'll be the family dishwasher when he's older:) Here he is having fun with the little wheels...

A day at home

I feel like we have been going nonstop this week so I decided that today we were going to stay home and chill.
We ended up in the backyard this morning in swimsuits. Nothing better that a hose, some toys and dog dishes!
The kids played for an hour- I had to stop them for lunch, who knows how long we could have stayed out there!
I can't wait for fall-to be outside getting fresh air--ahhh.

Cole couldn't keep his hands out of Zoey's dish-ew.

Sammie would fill...

Cole would empty.

Cole tried out his driving skills.
Having a chat..Sammie's saying, "Come on Cole-come in the pool."
He hasn't been on a swing in a while-glad he still likes it!
Contemplating.
I love this expression.
Later in the day......
I went to check on Sammie (who I was pretty sure was going to boycott her nap) and apparently she wanted to nap in her cradle.
She has never done this before. Pretty hilarious!

Phoenix Children's Museum

Sammie gave Cole a ride! He loved it.

Running through the noodles.

Relaxing with a good book.

Painting...she can really concentrate!

Cole loved playing with the sand table.

We had a blast today with Ana and Susan. I highly recommend this place to anyone with children!!! Get the culture pass from your library and it is FREE!!! There was so much to do...here are a few things we enjoyed...riding bikes, playing in the store, painting, crafting, reading, running, scooping ice cream, drawing in sand, and lunch together. It was truely a great morning.
