Happy Birthday Nana

Today was Nana's birthday so Samantha helped me make a cake and we had a little party. Of course the cake had to be Sammie's favorite...strawberry cake with strawberry frosting. It was a very pink celebration.

Dress Up

Nana is here for a visit and we are having "Christmas in November". Sammie got some cool dress up gear and had a blast playing mailman and Princess!
Nana used to be a mail carrier and at her retirement party someone gave her this toddler uniform-hilarious!!!! I particularly love the mail bag!
Samantha loves her new princess shoes...which are WAY too big for her. She says "I just need to practice" and walks around the house in them.

Picture Day!

Today was picture day!
Cole and Samantha both did a great job. It was funny trying to get a picture of them together. They both smiled for their individual pictures but together we couldn't get 2 smiles simultaneously...oh well...they are still stinkin cute:) I just love how Cole is wearing a little "mini Peter" outfit-ha!

The big 5K fr the big 3-0!

So for my 30th we did the Pancan 5K at Kiwanis. It was a beautiful day and we had a great turnout. Thank you to everyone who came out to support the cause and be with me on my big 3-0.
After the walk I was surprised by sweets at the park and then whisked off to a lunch with my girlfriends. All in all it was a great day! I feel so blessed to be surrounded by such great friends and family.
