Little Mommies

Maura came over today for a playdate. It was pretty cute that her and Sammie both were wearing their newest creations! They had a great morning playing.
Here they are making playdough cookies for their babies and teaching their babies how to slide and play.
I think they will be great mommies someday...as long as they don't feed their babies playdough and send them down the slide head first!!!

Tie Dye Party

Today we had a little tie dye party at Susan's. We made some cool tanks, shorts and shirts for the girls...and Cole. I think they'll be super cute for summer. We shall see! I discovered that tie dying may not be for me, no real rules to follow. I need rules! They girls had a blast, first there was some dress up, followed by lolipop appetizers, lunch and popsicles.
Then Cole woke up from his nap and played a bit. Of course Susan had to clip him--I think we shall call her the clipper from now on. What do you think Susan-you like your new nickname?
Thanks for having us-it was fun. Even if our girls all do have a love hate love relationship with eachother! Three is a funny age.

Ana and Sammie.

This ought to keep them busy...

Maggie likes her lollis!!!
Cole with some manly toys...
...not so manly!

Nine Months!

On Saturday Cole was nine months!!! It really does seem like he just entered our lives--I know--mushy, but true. He is such a sweet, happy baby boy. I can't imagine our family without him and am so glad God gave me such super kids.
Today he had his checkup and here are the stats: 22lbs 12oz (75%), 29&3/4in (90%) and a really big head (90%)! The doctor said he looks great and is growing right on schedule. He got one shot and didn't even cry, not one squeak! He took it like a man-good job Cole.
We love you Cole.

Waterpark Backyard

Today Peter was doing some work outside and Sammie wanted to be a part of the action. She helped give Zoey a bath and then decided it was time to swimsuit up and play in the water. First she made a mud puddle-which she did not play in at all, then she filled up the watering can for daddy to water the flowers, then a quick pose for mom and finally attacking daddy with the hose! It was a fun morning.

A visit with Grammie and Grandpa

Grammie and Grandpa came up to Phoenix for a quick visit. They sure know how pack in the fun-we had dinner, read books with Grammie (a must), grandpa helped decorate the "clubhouse", we played "Mr. Fox"--(thank you Hegartys for introducing us to that fun game), ran an obstacle couse...or as Sammie calls it--a hobstacle course, and then it was time to say goodnight.
Thanks for the fun visit Grammie and Grandpa-let's do it again soon!!!

We love it when Grammie reads to us:)

Nice artwork Grandpa.

Cleaning the grass!!!

Scratching Zoey's back-silly Grandpa!
