Storytime

Yesterday we were out and about and met up with Susan and Ana. First we hit up storytime then we played at the play area at the mall. It's so fun to have friends!

Mother's Day gift

For Mother's Day Cole decided he was going to hop up on his knees and figure out this whole crawling thing. It was crazy he was just laying on the floor playing and he literally hopped up on his knees. Peter and I just looked at eachother and then I ran for the camera!
Good job Cole!

Shindigity

It all started when we bid on an Abby Cadabby pinata at our friend's CF fundraiser and had to have a party to break it open so we decided to have Shindigity 2009.
Then, we got a little carried away...party hats, favor bags, pin the tail on the donkey, pools, a slip 'n slide...it was fun. All of Sammie's and Cole's friends joined the fun. Memories were made...here are just some of the highlights....
Thank you to everyone who came-we love you all!

Cole enjoying the day.

Grace ready for fun.

Jeremy, Cole and Peter.

Asher-he loved playing in the playhouse. Such a cutie!

Tyler...would rather play in the dirt and mud than the pools.

Cole loved playing in the slip 'n slide! He thought it was a drinking fountain.

Sammie giving it a go!

"The fun"

Karis enjoying some cool water.

Maggie decided she was going back in...in her clothes!

Whack it Sammer! This girl loves pinatas!

Candy!!!

Ana back in the pool with her candy in hand.

Pin the tail...

What a great day!!!

Chocolate Lover

Last night we were making chocolate cupcakes...Sammie was my helper of course. And what is a 3 year old's job...other than stirring? You got it-licking anything that has chocolate on it. Apparently she is a chocolate lover! It got ALL over her face, hands, and somehow the back of her arm? No idea. She was a little crazy after all of the yummy goodness and ran around the back yard for a good hour!

Hot Hot Hotties

Yesterday it got pretty hot here...I don't know maybe 102? Ugh. So it was time to suit up...swimsuit up that is and get in the pool. Other than looking stinkin cute in his swimsuit Cole loved his little splash pool. Samantha even "allowed" him to have some toys...that's going to be a lifelong battle I think. Samantha enjoyed the pool too. It's going to be a fun summer.
Come on over friends...the pools are out:)
Anything that helps my children nap for 2 plus hours in ok in my book!!!

What is this awesome stuff?

My sister is sharing toys! Woo hoo!

Splash splash!

Here, have some more water bro.

Sammie splashing around.

Her new trick-bounce off the side into the water.

This is very out of character for her!!!

Trying to clean up.
